Cheri Buys Houses is run by Cheri and her husband Mike, who are firmly rooted in the St. Louis area and have built a successful business acquiring, renovating, and selling houses in the places they know best - their hometown! How we got started
After a long career as a call center manager Cheri wanted to do something different and own my own business. A friend was flipping houses and suggested she check it out. She bought her first house from someone who wanted to sell fast and not have the inconvenience of cleaning out the property. The next house was someone who wanted to move out of town but stay in the home for a couple months after the sale till she had her finances in order to move. Cheri loved helping these families while also helping the people who bought the house after we rehabbed it! It was very rewarding to be able to help the sellers and the buyers! After a several months she was hooked! In just 2 years we have helped over 100 people with their houses!
